This advertising page is by the Sheaffer Eaton division of Textron.  

The ad has a B&W photo of a man’s hand signing a play script. He is signing ‘Tennessee Williams’ (whether it is his actual hand or not, who knows). The play is titled "The Red Devil Battery Sign"    

Ad text starts “Signs it with a Sheaffer” and goes on about the pen.  

Partially quoting Wikipedia "The original production of Red Devil Battery Sign was in 1975 in Boston, MA, and starred Anthony Quinn, Clair Bloom, Katy Jurado, Annette Cardona, and Steve McAddy. It was directed by Ed Sherin. Among a group of producers were David Merrick and Hilliard Elkins who was married to Ms. Bloom, although they divorced shortly after the play closed. Mr. Williams was fully involved in the production during the New York City rehearsals, but in Boston he was absent part of the time. He sent in rewrites when requested. The show got a bad review from the Boston critic and the closing notice was posted after a week or so of the run…”  

Hopefully the pens lasted longer than the play.

This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1976 magazine.
