1960 Transistor Electronics Experimenter Handbook; Early Technology

Condition is “Acceptable”

The pages, still bound, are loose from the red hardcover binding. Also the pages suffer visually from old water damage. No writing, all pages appear to be present and attached.

Full title is Electronics Experimenter’s Handbook. Theres a design for crystal diode radio in here. But the main emphasis is on understanding and utilizing transistors, then in their infancy. Transistorized basic projects include sound level meter, testing power supply, pocket marine radio receiver, and sine wave test generator.

More advanced projects with schematics include:

Transformer-less transistor amplifier, electrostatic tweeter, noise-free stereo tape preamp, one transistor microphone mixer, multi purpose transistor amplifier, police special receiver, and many more. Project descriptions typically include a schematic.
