The swivel gun cradle, cannon barrel and all fittings are made of mahogany wood. The cannon barrel can tilt up and down but not swivel. The cannon has been painted a distressed brown to give the cannon a realistic antique look. On the base is painted "H.M.S. VICTORY", on the backside "1805.
