I would grade this book G/VG.  The front cover has creases at the top right and bottom right corners.  There are creases at the spine.  The back cover has creases at the top left corner.  The interior pages and insides of the covers have some foxing.  There are a couple of small holes at the spine.

Interior pages are intact and in good shape overall.  Dated 1969.
