This Penic and pencil bag lot comes in used condition and has signs of handling, use, storage, imperfect marks and the likes. The Pop an Pencil is unused but not sealed as the bubble is lifting. Comes exactly as seen in the photos. I will do my best to describe everything to the best of my knowledge. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions that you may have.
