Fully functional and includes charging cables, straps, and two base stations with power cables, wall mounts as pictured. The package may contain either individual dongle docks or a single USB hub for all three dongles. The USB hub offers a cleaner setup without sacrificing functionality.

It's possible the trackers will be new, just depends on what I have at the time.
