This advertisement page is by the Eastman Kodak Company, of Rochester NY.

The ad has a photo of Mom and a young girl waving goodbye to Dad. The girls are about to board an American Airlines plane. It is the Flagship Chicago, a DC-3 I believe. There is another small photo showing a man using a small hand-held movie camera.

Ad text starts “Live is a movie…with a movie camera you keep it all” and goes on about the cameras.

This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1940 magazine.
