Our 30 days return policy only covers manufacturing defects and a claim should only be made if the item is in its original condition with the label intact, Unworn, and Unused.

If you bought multiple products e.g. a suit which is a combination of two products (Jacket and trousers) and you noticed one of the items is damaged, then you can only exchange the faulty item. (Return item should be in its original condition with label intact, Unworn and Unused)

The 30 days’ warranty doesn't cover the damage caused by the user, Wear and Tear and the rough or misuse of the product.

According to “The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” you can cancel your order within 07 days of receiving the product, but the item should be in its original condition, not assembled, Unworn and Unused.

The buyer is responsible for the postage to return an item/s for a refund. The Postage and packaging cost of £3.49 will be deducted from the refund amount. (Except if it’s our mistake) For exchange an item there is a postage cost of £3 which the buyer should pay to get the replacement item dispatched.

If the buyer wants to exchange the item, then the buyer must pay both sides of postage.

All waterproof claims must be made within 30 days of receiving goods.

Please check the item thoroughly before start using it. Once you start using the item then we will not accept any damage claim.

We do not offer a collection service for returning an item/s. If the buyer wants to return the item, then the buyer is responsible to post it.

We do not accept any claim if the buyer breached the term and conditions.

Postage Policy:

Next-day delivery doesn’t cover weekends and bank holidays as we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.

Our Cut-off time is 02:00 PM each working day. Orders after 02:00 PM may not dispatch on the same day.
