Wrist Gel Pack Wrap Hot or Cold Ice Pack Heat Pack Reusable Compress Pad Support

Easily apply heat or cold to the wrist area with a gel pack wrap by Navaris. The compress is specially designed to be worn around the wrist, with a removable gel insert that is easy to heat or cool.

HOT OR COLD
The multifunctional pad can function as either an ice pack or a heating pad, depending on your particular needs. The gel insert retains both cold and heat, making it easy to customise the temperature for each individual.

REUSABLE
Our thermal pack wraps are designed to be reused over and over, without having to throw away or replace after use. Simply keep one in the home and heat/cool whenever the need arises.

HOW TO USE
To cool, put gel pack in freezer or fridge at least 2 hours, or until desired temperature is reached. To heat, wrap gel pack in a moist cloth or paper towel. Microwave around 20 secs. Keep heating at 5-10 sec intervals until desired heat is reached.
