1800's ATTERBURY Antique VICTORIAN BEAUTY Figural Female Bust KEROSENE OIL LAMP

Absolutely stunning! One of 2 similar lamps I am listing tonight, both from the same local estate.
Kerosene / oil lamp.
Decorated clear and frosted glass font, supporter by a cast metal bust of a Victorian beauty. Made by Atterbury Co. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In her second book “Oil Lamps II”, Catherine Thuro devotes a full page (page 102) to this style lamp.
This lamp is complete, and perfectly functional. It could be used today, if desired.

Lamp stands 21" tall to top of chimney, and 14 1/4" tall to top of original Scovill brass burner. Base is cast iron and measures 5" square. Extremely heavy, weighing over 5 pounds, before packing.
Sold just as-found, unpolished, with original warm patina. Displays beautifully, with no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. There is some oil staining / residue inside the font, as shown. I have not attempted to clean.

Guaranteed to be antique circa-1800's, and not a modern reproduction.
