These are brand new Genuine MG Rover Knock Sensor Assemblies - used on all versions of the KV6 engine. 

While they don't fail often, we are seeing more of these fall out of specification or fail completely as they age. 

Thankfully original replacements are now much more reasonably priced than they have been historically - the usual RRP is around £40.
