Up for sale is a Lantronix Spider Duo, model/part number SLSLP400PS2. We have tested this unit and it seems to work but the video is distorted when viewing it through the Java-based web console (see picture #11). We are not sure what the cause of this distortion is, but we do not believe it is normal and are not sure if it is an early sign of the unit starting to fail. Because of this distortion, we are listing the unit "For parts or not working" and it is being sold as-is with no returns accepted.
Includes the power adapter and the cable to connect to a computer. The cable connects to video via VGA only, and has PS/2 & USB plugs for keyboard/mouse connection. Please note that this listing does not include the serial/PCU cable or the local KVM cable. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will receive.
We have upgraded the firmware on this unit to v4.3 (the latest available at time of listing) and have set the unit to obtain an IP via DHCP. It has a username/password of sysadmin/sysadmin.
Please note that you will likely need to configure this device for your environment. Please ensure you have the knowledge and resources necessary to accomplish this, as we are not able to provide technical support or configuration assistance for this unit.
