First officially published in November 1800, navigation charts produced by the UK Hydrographic Office are an essential for sailors the world over and have an instantly recognisable, almost iconic, design. Admiralty Chart 1864, showing Isle of Arran / Lamlash Harbour and Peninsula of Kintyre / Campbeltown Loch.
