For Nikon Z 8: SmallRig Z 8 cage kit is specifically designed for Nikon Z 8. It includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp, and a top handle to facilitate low-angle shots and protect the camera while offering a wide range of accessory mounts.
Triple Protection: The cage locks the camera via a 1/4"-20 screw, a locating screw at the bottom, and one screw on the right side to keep the camera stable. Note: Please remove the split ring on the right of the camera to install the screw on the right side.
Quick Switch: The quick-release plate for Arca-Swiss at the bottom, can be quickly installed to the tripod for Arca and stabilizer for DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro, for a quick switch between gimbal and tripod shooting. The built-in magnetic wrench at the bottom is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
Ergonomic Top Handle: The top handle feels comfortable and enables easy carrying and low-angle shots. 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 locating holes for ARRI, cold shoes, and NATO rails support monitor mount 2905B/2903B, microphone 3468, LED light 3286, NATO accessories.
Interface Protection: The Z 8 cable clamp can fix cables for HDMI and USB-C at the same time, and the cables are fixed with a thumbscrew to protect the interface and ensure the stability of the signal transmission. The cable clamp can be quickly assembled and disassembled without tools.
Multiple Mounting Points: The cage kit has multiple 1/4"-20 holes and 3/8"-16 locating holes for ARRI, which can attach side handle 2093; the side 1/4"-20 locating hole can suit single rod clamp 3598 for follow focus 3850; the left NATO rail quickly connects side handle 4017.

SmallRig Cage Kit for Nikon Z 8 3941 is portable and designed to assist with handheld shooting and attach accessories. It includes a cage, an HDMI & USB-C cable clamp, and a top handle. With a 1/4"-20 threaded hole, 3/8"-16 threaded hole, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating hole, NATO rail, and cold shoe mount, the kit can mount a monitor, microphone, tripod, follow focus, handle, etc. Among its three parts, the cage locks the camera via one bottom 1/4"-20 screw, one locating pin, and one side lock adapter; the ergonomic handle facilitates shooting in motion, providing a comfortable and stable user experience; and the HDMI & USB-C cable clamp, tightened by a hand screw, ensures stable signal transmission. Besides, a magnetic double-ended wrench is included for easy disassembly and assembly.
