90% orders are shipped out via UPS, only a few orders will be shipped out by FedEx and USPS, so please provide a physical address for your order, or our CS will contact you if the address is a PO Box.

Due to the large amount of orders, the carrier may not update the tracking status in time, but our customer service will check the status every day, and we will contact the carrier in time if there is any abnormal situation.

All of our auto parts come with a 30-day return policy and 1 year warranty. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via eBay messages. 

All returns must be in new original condition, and buyers should pay the return shipping fee for NON-seller mistake returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Used items will not be accepted for return.
