Near Mint Condition
Here’s another lens I don’t
come across too often: the Minolta AF Maxxum 24mm f/2.8 prime lens (S/N 211034xx).
This Sony Alpha Mount lens will require an adapter for use with Sony E Mount camera bodies.
It’s in near mint condition with
no appreciable wear outside of a couple of tiny marks on the leading edge of
the lens where the hood would attach, only noted with close inspection. The
original matte finish is still present on the lens enamel – it looks great.
This lens has likely spent most of its life in a camera case and looks
essentially new. This is a very fine example of a 24mm and it is near perfect
cosmetically.
The glass is clear and clean.
It is free of any imperfection including fungus, coating blemishes, dust or
scratches. The aperture blades are oil free and snappy and the mount is unmarked.
The enamel surfaces are in
fantastic condition, even under close scrutiny.
The grip is clean and
reconditioned. Focus action is fast and smooth.
You will be very pleased with
both the cosmetic condition and the performance of this fine Minolta lens.
Included
is a replacement petal hood and lens caps.
