Return policy:

We have an aim to offer our best servicespossible to our customers. However, In case you are not satisfied with theproduct for any reason please contact us within 14 days of your productreceipt. Further, the buyer should make sure that the product returned is intheir original condition. If the product is damaged when they are returned,then the buyer will be responsible and we will not give the buyer any sort ofrefund. Also, the return shipping charges will be on the customer to bear asReal Gems will not cover any charges for return shipments.

Shipment policy:

Real Gems intends to ship their items as theirearliest but the standard time frame for delivery is between 2 to 5 workingdays once your payment is completed. We use FedEx for the purpose of shipment.

Real Gems do not guarantee delivery time on allinternational shipments due to differences in customs clearing times inindividual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

Please note that buyers are responsible for alladditional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation intoyour country.

Once the item is shipped, we will provide thecustomer with tracking number. We will not refund shipping charges for refusedshipments.

One of our warehouses is situated in Pakistanand often we can ship our items from that location.
