Here we have an 1896 sterling silver pocket watch sold for repairs.
The movement itself runs as the escapement is going.
The crystal is cracked and requires replacing, also the minute & second hands are missing.
There is some chipping to the dial.
Otherwise this is in a nicely hallmarked case, Birmingham 1896, maker J.A.
The movement is Swiss made and has a Lion head trademark symbol.
