Grade: VF the comic doesn't lay flat, the spine is lifted a bit.  The spine has some tics that break colour.  The tip of the top edge on the back is shorn off, the bottom edge has a little tear, both to me look like production issues, they came off the press with them.  Off-white pages.  

Grading can be a subjective thing and ultimately the grade I've assigned is my opinion of the comic.  If you have any questions about the comic please don't hesitate to ask I'm usually fairly quick to respond.
