Name Brand: Uknown has a tag that has worn off that looks like one of the older union tags that you find reminents of
Type: sheer dress with underskirt slip with lace trim puff sleeve
Materials: nylon or rayon silky slip and organdy sheer material , dots are textured
Made in Country: USA most likely no tag
Measurements are listed , taken in inches laying garment flat and measuring across.
Chest (armpit to armpit) measured straight across: 11.5 Doubled: 23
Waist Across:11 Doubled: 22
Length shoulder top down to bottom hem: 18.25
Shoulder length from Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 10
Arm length from shoulder seam down: 3.75

its seems about a toddler size 18-24M but see acutal measurements
