Spinalator Rollers for Electric Elevation 

These Replacement Rollers are for the Spinalator Table with Electric Roller Height Elevation.

These Replacement Spinalator Rollers will also fit the Zenith Spinalign, ATT300, Quantum 400, & ASH7000 Tables. 

The NEW Design on the Spinalator Rollers are a now Black in color ( hides grease better ) and they are a Higher Density Neoprene & Foam mix!

Replacement Spinalator Roller Instructions

  •  Remove top from Spinalator by unclamping end brackets.

  •  Make sure hands are clear of any moving parts and turn table timer on. Elevate Roller to top height

  •  Turn Roller rotation switch OFF with one roller centered to the top of the triangle assembly.

  •  UNPLUG TABLE - Some Spinalator’s have an auto retract to lower rollers. Failure to UNPLUG table will let the roller retract automatically. This could cause bodily injury or tear up  your new Spinalator rollers! This will also keep you from getting shocked if you happen to touch an exposed wire.

  •  Remove Bolt from Roller and remove old Spinalator Roller. Install new Spinalator roller. New style roller will have an easy one piece bearing and single bolt.

  •  Ensure Hands, tools, and anything else are clear of rollers then plug up table. Turn Spinalator rotation switch on and cycle roller to next top height and shut off rotation switch again.

  •  Final Roller – Repeat Process

 

  Check Chain Tension on Spinalator Roller rotation motor chain while top is removed. The Spinalator Roller tension should be like a bicycle chain; tight but not over tightened, to stretch the chain! Lube Chain with a Teflon lube. WD 40 will stop a squeak but is water based and will evaporate quickly! If you have movement in the roller after tightening chain, check Spinalator sprocket for a broken weld.
