Pursuant to art. 5 of the Decree, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to Article 1, letter b of the Decree) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered volumes provided they are in the same state in which they were received. This return can be made without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The above communication can be anticipated by telephone on +39/ 331 471 43 86. All returns must be authorized by Worldclima. Once this authorization has been received, the Customer will be able to return the product to the address that we will indicate to him. The return of the goods must take place within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the communication containing the authorization to return. Once the products have been received and their integrity has been verified, if the volumes are not damaged and, in the case of sealed material, the same have not been opened, Worldclima will provide, in the shortest possible time and in any case in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the purpose by art. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer if the products purchased consist of sealed material, which has been opened by the Customer himself or if the products are damaged.
