Sylvie White,
"Necromancia, Part I" (Story intro: "This epic soap opera concerns
the kingdom of Necromancia, a mostly barren, hilly country where nothing much
grows excerpt pampas grass and Christmas cactus. The story occasionally
involves other principalities but is mostly concerned with the events occurring
in Necromancia. The king of Necromancia is rich, however this is only because
he steals everything from other lands (apart from spies of the king). His
people, the peasants, who are very poor and mostly hungry (apart from the spies
of the king) are revolting.") (1)
Sue Little, "Full
Circle" (Story intro: "In the aftermath of the horrifying events of
Gauda Prime, Vila finds himself out on the surface, burying three of his
friends before being transported to a life of solitary confinement. But where
is Avon? According to the official Federation reports, he is dead, having died
while undergoing surgery. On a secret planet, two years later, Servalan awaits
news of the one inhabitant of that planet's hospital complex. Who is this
stranger? And why is Vila's help needed? Help that sets in motion a train of
events leading to a final showdown and the last link, to form the "FULL
CIRCLE.") (27)
