 We have been manufacturing and retailing Mattress Cooler sleep cooling systems since 2016 and while our older "Classic" systems were great, sleep cooling systems have a really hard life...often running 10+ hours a day 365 days a year with water that isn't always cleaned regularly. Among other things, this was hard on pumps and since repair was difficult, getting more than a few years of use out of them was a challenge. We thought this was wasteful and that we could do better....enter the 2024 Mattress Cooler XL.

We have simplified the design from over 100 component pieces down to just 7 nesting components that are simple to clean and if necessary... the pump and the fan can be replaced in seconds without tools for just ~$10 each, giving the system itself the ability to last indefinitely....that's good for your wallet and it's good for the planet.

The Mattress Cooler XL is primarily manufactured in our hometown of Angleton Texas, though the pump and fans are imported, as there are no domestic manufacturers of these parts.
