FASHIONED OF A THIN WHITE COTTON BATISTE WITH VERTICAL PLEATING RUNNING FULLY AROUND WITH A FLAT SHEER CENTER PANEL DOWN THE FRONT AND FLOUNCED RUFFLING FULLY AROUND THE BOTTOM. THE INNER HEM IS TRIMMED IN A WHITE VALENCIENNES LACE COMPLETELY AROUND.
CONDITION: FRESHLY HAND LAUNDERED. THERE ARE SEVERAL PINHEAD HOLES ON THE PANEL OF THE FRONT BENEATH THE WAISTBAND, A DOUBLE THUMBPRINT OF A PERIOD MEND ON THE MIDDLE SIDE OF THE PANEL, JUST ASIDE THE PLEATING WITH SCATTERED PINHEAD HOLES AT THE SOLID PANEL ON THE BOTTOM WITH TEN PINHEAD HOLES ON THE BOTTOM RUFFLE, AND ONE TWO INCH PULL TEAR AT THE EDGE OF THE BOTTOM SIDE HEM THAT IF REPAIRED WOULD BE COMPLETELY UNSEEN.
A SMALL ERASER SIZED FRAY HOLE IS ON THE CENTER REAR BENEATH THE CLOSURE SIX INCHES DOWN AND A HOOK AND EYE IS NEEDED FOR THE CLOSURE.
