This lates 20th century Russian enameled a is a joy to hold in your hand. It is stamped on the bottom of the cup. The lower half is stamped 916" and also "SЛЮ8" it is St. Petersburg (Leningrad) jewelry factory. The 916" is the Russian symbol for sterling and the others stamps are the makers and possibly a date letter?  These stamps - marks are on the outside of the cup, not on the inside rim. Which I believe makes this cup much earlier than most. By looking at this cup it appears to be perfect. Taking a strong loop, you will not see hairlines and not slight chipping to the enamel.
