Measures approximately 1 inch wide and 38 inches long (total length including tie handles). The central section containing gel beads is approx. 15 inches long.

This item can be stored away for future use by hanging up to air dry naturally, after a couple of days the gel beads will shrink in size again. Wait until fully dry before storing to prevent mould.
