Tall, straight stems are topped with rounded clusters of pale blue flowers in summer. Agapanthus Blue Umbrella makes a majestic addition to borders, adding architecture and height to planting schemes. In sheltered borders, the strappy foliage remains evergreen providing useful, year-round ground cover. African Lilies are easy to grow if planted in rich, fertile soil that’s moist but well-drained. They require little maintenance and can be grown in either full sun or shade. In cold areas, protect the crown of the plant with a deep, dry mulch to protect them from hard frosts, or grow in a pot so they can be overwintered in an unheated greenhouse. Height and spread 100 x 60cm.

TERMS

All plants are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure the speedy delivery of live plants. Your parcel tracking number will be issued immediately following dispatch. Postage is charged at cost, £7 for your first plant with additional plants £1.20 each. 

All plants are sent in double wall boxes and clampacks for added plant protection, to retain moisture and ensure the packaging isn't compromised. All packaging is 100% recyclable and sustainably sourced.

All orders are marked as live plants. Please ensure all plants are removed immediately and are cared for in accordance with the plant label's guidance.

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day, and orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday won’t be sent until the next working day to ensure plants aren't with Royal Mail over the weekend. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the above timeframes, but deliveries can be delayed during peak times. 

Please note that some plants may be cut back due to being end of season, to encourage growth or to fit packaging. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable at times, but rest assured that it will not affect plant health. Due care and attention is given to all orders so that our plants reach you in perfect condition, however damage to plants in transit is sometimes unavoidable due to their fragile nature, particularly new growth, branching stems and buds. Please contact us immediately on receipt, with an image of the parcel and its contents, should it appear damaged beyond reasonable expectations. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. As plants are considered perishable items, returns or exchanges are not accepted. 

Refunds will only be issued if plant health is compromised and isn't expected to make a full recovery, or if you receive different plants in error. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please contact us detailing any error or fault with images to assist with your claim immediately following receipt. 

If your claim is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
