LIGHT LENS LAB M 50mm f/2 Speed Panchro II is a reprint of the famous Cooke Speed Panchro Series II 50mm f/2 cinema lens from the 1940s. The lens has a unique rendering that is distinctly different from modern lenses, and can be used for both still and moving image photography. A 43mm (P=0.75) filter can be attached to the front of the lens, allowing shooting with ND filters or special effect filters.
*The included hood cannot be attached when a filter with an outer diameter exceeding 46mm is mounted.

The double gauss lens construction with 7 elements in 5 groups and lanthanide-containing glass with a single coating are used to achieve optical performance close to that of the original lens. The one-of-a-kind image rendering with low contrast and good tonal connectivity allows you to enjoy comfortable rendering in both color and black-and-white.
- Unique Design with a Sense of Presence.
The distinctive two-way focus lever and straight lines of the exterior design have been reproduced exactly as in the original. The brass lens barrel, which is moderately heavy and has high machining precision, is a sight to behold. The focus lever can be replaced with the attached pin type.
