The stitching under where the strap connects to the bag has come loose. 3 of the 6 rubber pieces at the bottom sides are broken. Otherwise, the bag is in shape with some wear/marks. There are 4 exterior zipper pockets and 3 interior zipper pockets. Please see photos for the full description.

I believe that a 12 inch laptop would fit in this bag.
