Mary Annis (Cooke) Montague's  parents were...

Amos Starr Cooke
(1810-1871)

The Cookes were married November 27, 1836,
and in less than a month were a part of the 8th company from the
American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions to come to Hawaii.
They sailed from Boston December 14, 1836, on the ship Mary Frazier and reached Honolulu on April 9, 1837.

The Cookes were put in charge of the Chiefs' Children's School.
King Kamehameha III selected as students
those who would be eligible for the throne based on their family background.
Instruction was in English, and all five of the next ruling monarchs were students at the school.
A complex of buildings was built to house the Cookes and students in 1840 as it became a boarding school.
In 1846 it was renamed the Royal School, and became funded by the government.

In 1849 Cooke worked for Samuel Northrup Castle who had been a shipmate on the Mary Frazier
as secular supply agent for the mission.
As the American Board reduced funding for the Hawaii stations,
he co-founded Castle & Cooke as a private company in June 1851.
It would later become one of the 'Big 5' Sugar Companies in Hawaii

Juliette Montague Cooke
(1812-1896)

Juliette went to Hawaii as a new bride in 1836 (landed in 1837),
and taught native Hawaiian children at the Chiefs' Children's School in Honolulu.
Because she was the school's matron,
"Mother Cooke" cared for the children of chiefs beyond their academic needs.
Her charges included four kings and two queens Emma and Liliuokalani.
The wedding of Bernice Pauahi and Charles Reed Bishop took place in the Cookes' home.

I have a couple similar c1880 programs...

I believe these programs were owned by a 'Marine Coggeshall'.
as all look to be signed/noted by the 'Marine' in pencil.
ie this one says
'Capt. Shepherd and Marine C. W.' (1880 July 31, Kawaiahao Church)
another says
*'J. K. W and Marine C. W.' (1880 July 22, Kawaiahao Church)
another one says 'J. K. W and Marine C. W.Leta Wilder' (1881 Nov. 3, St. Andrews Cathedral)
a last one says 'Miss Mitchell H. W. Mitchell
and Marine Coggeshall
(1878 Apr. 21, First Congregational Church, of Boston?)
all in the same handwriting

*J. K. W.
is
John Knight Wilder (1833-1905),
a brother of Samuel Gardner Wilder
(1831-1888, HI Shipping tycoon & Politician)
John K. Wilder had a son named Ellwood Coggeshall Wilder,
but he was born a couple years after this concert)

Capt Peleg P. Shepherd (1831-1914) was the husband of Mary Caroline Wilder (1836-1915),
Samuel G. Wilder's sister.
