ALL WARRANTY BOOK MUST BE FILLED IN OR NO WARRANTY 

  • Motorchill Warranty Conditions

  • On some compressors it might be necessary to swap the wiring plug from the old one to the new one this will Not void the warranty.

  • The compressor must be returned to Motorchill within the warranty period on the advert. 

  • The compressor must be complete and returned with the completed warranty book so we can test the item. 

  • The following documentation will be required to send the item back:
  • a)  Invoice from workshop or a engineer that carried out the installation on the fitting. 
  • b)  The warranty book must be filled out by the workshop or engineer what fitted the item. 
  • c)  You must ensure the compressor is fitted correctly and to the instruction guide that comes with the compressor.
  • d)  If the item is faulty we will arrange for the compressor to be picked up and sent direct for a full test and report done to find out why the compressor has gone faulty, no new item will be sent until this is done. 

  • Our warranty is limited liability for product only and doesn't cover labour /fitting / inconvenience / car hire/ breakdown charges or any other damage or costs incurred.

  • When returning please make sure the fitting points are capped off, this is to stop any oil coming out of the compressor in transit.

  • There is a reason why the original compressor failed and you must find and 
  • rectify this underlying fault, otherwise the replacement may fail has well.
