One of the world's most famous Pop Artists, Peter Max is in a class by himself. He has evolved from a pop artist of the 1960s to a master of Neo-Expressionism. His vibrant and colorful works have become a lasting part of American culture and the spirit of the '60s and '70s. He has painted six presidents, been the official artist of the 2006 Winter Olympics and has created artwork for Woodstock, World Cups and Super Bowls. He was even responsible for the Peter Max special paint scheme on Dale Earnhardt's NASCAR race car in 2000. Some of his most iconic art is of the Statue of Liberty and the American Flag.
This is a unique variation of the work which means that is partially hand done by the artist and that there are no others exactly like it. It's one step below 100% hand done.

I have several pieces of his work and because of age and the necessity to downsize and move to a smaller dwelling, I have to part with a majority of my art. Consequently I can only keep a few pieces. Unfortunately this is one piece I must let go of.
