The INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are still responsible to meet the destination country custom laws, fees, and clearing from customs facilities if other than eBay's worldwide shipping program is use, if the INTERNATIONAL BUYER is using a third party, person, or agency in the USA, the INTERNATIONAL buyer is responsible to make sure the items arrived safe, complete and fully functional before it is ship to the destination country, We are not responsible for any damages at the destination country.
Buyer Responsibilities
