Cancellation Policy
In accordance with eBay's
cancellation policy, we are able to accept cancellations within one hour of
your order placement. Once your order is processed, reversing it becomes
challenging, and once an item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Our Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the
listing, you have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to
request a refund, subject to certain conditions:
The term "date you received your
purchase" specifically denotes the carrier's recorded delivery date to
your residence. If uncertain, you can cross-reference this date using the
tracking number online. The "return" of an item is noted when the
carrier records the delivery of the item back to our warehouse/supplier. Delays
may result in the refusal of the returned package and a refund will not be
granted. In such cases of a package arriving damaged, we require photos of the
damaged package taken from various angles before opening, and of the items
condition. We will also need to file a claim with the carrier, and will await a
resolution before a refund has been issued.
Returns for Unsatisfactory Products
Should you find your purchase
unsatisfactory or experience a change of heart, returns are welcome. However,
please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will
deduct the original shipping expense incurred when shipping the item to you.
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original
materials from the shipment. To initiate a return, please make a request
through eBay for return authorization and the appropriate shipping address.
It's essential to open a return request before sending the item back, as the
return address can differ from the original shipping facility address.
Returning Defective Products
