Returns
We hope you are pleased with our products. If you are unhappy about anything we have sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do wish to cancel or change your order before the items are dispatched, you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail. If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we can organise a returns number. In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement. After the 30 day period, refunds will not be issued, only repair and replacements will be issued within the warranty period. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you with a letter of correspondence. This must include your order number and the original name and delivery address information. Please also include the reason for return. All returned UK parcels must be sent by the cheapest possible way as stated below: Very Important: For Items that are under 1kg in weight, Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class must be used as the method for return.
