This listing is for 40 non-rooted cuttings, I recommend starting these in a planter with good topsoil so you can observe their watering needs, prior to planting recommend dipping these in a good rooting hormone usually takes a few months to grow roots, rooting hormone expedite this process. All of clippings come from healthy Vines, you should have no trouble growing roots. - Please make sure you unwrap your ivy as soon as you receive it. -They will be tightly wrapped to keep moist -Some leaf loss/damage may occur. Though not always necessary, you can prune some of the lower leaves off in order to direct the plants' energy into developing new growth. -The mailing process stresses the plants out, so I highly recommend placing the cut ends in water to regain some of their strength before you plant them. -You can leave them in the water for as long as you want (in fact, they will start to grow roots in water over time), as long as you change the water frequently. |
