A LITTLE UNKNOWN THINGS OF MY STORE (w/ tips):
- Over 65% of my items were sold at 1 viewer.
Do not count on viewer number.
High-end is not for many, but for One (1) person.
- We live in "Ready-To-Wear" (RTW) market, not haute-couture or customized.
I mean, do we know Alexander McQueen personally? No.
He creates conceptualized designs or prototypes only.
Yes, it's a smart and shrewd design, but it's still a prototype.
You need to know how to digest minor size differences.
For example, when I like the style, I do not hesitate to purchase the shoe sizes between US 8, 8.5 and 9. That is, A 'One Size Difference' rule. You can use insoles (when it is loose), nylon socks (snug), heel pads, et cetera. Even your two feet are different in sizes, and change in the morning and at night. For clothes, I purchase both Small and Medium, a chest size US 36 - 40, depends on the styles. It always helps to know a tailor for minor alteration.
Be flexible with the sizes. That is fit for contemporary fashion market.
- When the item is sold, I double check the listing and document the details of the item before shipping out. When I find any change, I notify buyer before shipping out.
In other words, there is no mistake of what you receive, why my buyers find items as described and satisfactory.
- I select "best" items for my store. All genuine. Brand new. Selected pre-owned.
95% of my items are from major department stores such as Barney's, Nordstrom, Saks/Gilt (same company), BG, etc. or original designer stores (Prada from Prada shop and so on). There is no second-rate product.
- Items will be securely packed: shoes in the box, jackets/coats in a plastic bag (or a plastic garment bag, wrapping papers, bubbles or other appropriate materials) with desiccant (drying packet) inside the box, exterior near water-proof and shipped out as signature confirmation ASAP.
- Fashion is my passion, not my profession. I am not pressed for time or money. When people ask me questions, I give straight & honest answers. It is not my job to convince people to buy. In fact I suggest more people not to purchase.
- You and I. Buyer and Seller. This is a relationship.
I try to provide benefits to return buyers in a way or the other.
Once you purchase 'my' item, a relationship is built.
I care about this relationship.
