I consider shoes like this to be very enviromentally friendly they may cost you a lot of money at first but they are made by craftsmen in Northampton paid a proper wage, made from quality leather. that will last you for ever if you look after them
The size is 8.5 on a F width fitting last 5226
The welts are a black / dark leather and this sets off uppers.
The soles are leather they have never been resently re-soled (Timpsons) the heals are the same but these look like they have been done at the factory with Cheaney Heels
These shoes look like they have been well looked after as the uppers are very very nice in a retro seventies way
A very rare and nice pair of retro vintage slip on shoes that will last forever if looked after
