Here we have an authentic 1946 "Scribbles" line (Hallmark) vintage Christmas greeting card with an adorable "Scribbles" boy wearing his huge hat and way-too-big overalls, holding a brown-sugared, candle-lit Christmas tree with his sweet brown puppy at his feet. Holds a large card "To a Fine Grandson." Yellow feather shock of hair at his forehead. Oversized, with an easel in excellent working order. Die-cut.

We operate a year-round holiday store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost by issuing a refund after we've packed everything up together and purchased the shipping label. 

When purchasing multiple items, most people seem to prefer paying for them at the time of purchase, and then waiting to receive a refund for the combined shipping savings on the day that we purchase the actual shipping label, which is the point at which we find out what the actual combined shipping charge is. This means that if you're purchasing greeting cards, postcards, and other types of lightweight ephemera, you'll typically pay no more than .25¢ more to ship additional like pieces when you're combining shipping.

Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best and are the most important part of the description--please enlarge and zoom in on them and examine them carefully. Overall very good used vintage condition. Very clean and fresh, with nothing sticky or otherwise gross, and no smoke, mildew or otherwise funky odors. No tears, holes, stains or marks to the front. Well-camouflaged creases along intricately die-cut edges and very light smudges to back. Sender's greeting to back. Feather in excellent condition with no issues, and easel is in excellent working order.

Rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure that your piece of ephemera arrives exactly as presented in our photos. We invest time and appropriate materials into shipping all of our ephemera. Most pieces are sent in envelopes that are sandwiched between cardboard before being sent as Priority or first-class parcels in non-bendable mailers, which ship at rates much higher than first-class letters. We never toss our ephemera into thin stationery envelopes with forever stamps stuck to them expecting the USPS to deliver them to you with great care.

We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (or anything else) from activities they may have been involved in before they came to us.
