This is a great book for the beginning interior design student for classic lighting design.

the principles are classic and do not change much over time.
printed in 1986 it's a classic of lighting principles and design layout with   very relevant concepts for today's interior use.

obviously L.E.D. light sources have supplanted most all incandescent lighting types. still the layouts and diagrammatic plans have not changed. the information is still very relevant.

As an Interior Designer and commercial and residential Builder, I, recommend this book as a great classic lighting primer.

layout and CADD plan details are important, and this book has a lot of plan format detail to learn from.
