this druggist was located in pacific grove calif. this medicine was purchased there and taken up to the gold diggings in murphy's.

during the gold rush. where it was unearthed.

it's still in its original dirty condition and beautiful that way still but ready to clean will need a slender pipe cleaning brush.

the minors suffered from many common illnesses. so, medicine was available from the tent dry good store in most  gold camps. 

murphys was larger than most and still is quite lively even today.

size:  3 -1/2  h. x 1- 1/2" w.    bottle starting to colorize nicely. no chips or cracks.
