I measured 63 x 40 including the fringe. The fringe looks to be in good condition as pictured.

I do not see any holes or stains. To me one end the beige border looks darker so could be shadows or possibly use cleaning.

No odor non smoking

Navy blue with a rust red a lighter blue green color with a tan / gold border.
