• What’s included in this service?

We provide a step-by-step diagnostic process to check all functions of the device, including the entire functional parts and logic board. Then, a tip-to-toe repairing process will be performed to solve the key issue.

• I’ve encountered a severe problem on my device, can it  be fixed?

Yes. For severely damaged devices like phone crashes by car, water damage, or a device with a prior fail-attempt repair are possible but not 100% guaranteed to be fixed in the first place. We would notify you of the success rate to retrieve the data when our clients agree to continue the repairing stage. 

• What is the operation of order from this service?  

• Purchase the right service if you need a specific motherboard issue to be fixed on your phone. 

• You will receive a message of our mailing address from eBay after your purchase.

• Please briefly describe the phone issue. Write down your passcode, IMEI, eBay's ID, and put it together with the phone in the secure package that you will be sending to us. 

• We begin to diagnose the problem once we receive your package.  Before moving on to the repairing stage, we would notify you if we found peripheral issues on your device such as defective cameras, charging port, battery, speakers, volume buttons, screen, and etc. THESE PROBLEMs ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE. Once our client confirms the cost and time needed for repairing, we are moving forward to our repairing stage.

• Right after the repair process is done, we would inform you again via eBay message before the device was securely packed and shipped out. 

Please Note: We will notify you if there is a severely bent or device with a prior failed-attempt repair on it. These issues are not 100% guaranteed to be fixed, but we will inform you of the success rate to retrieve data if you agree to continue the process. We DO NOT fix water damage devices but we recommend you to retrieve Data only. Also, we DO NOT accept logic boards only, we REQUIRE a device to be built up as a whole unit.

In addition, any logic board/motherboard that is severely damaged and requires a “ Swap Board” service to replace a new logic board/motherboard will charge a premium fee of $60.

• How long will I get back my device?

This repair service usually takes 1 to 4 business days according to the day we’ve received the package. However, some special problems may take longer than expected. Weekends or holidays are excluded days from our service!

Warranty

This service pairs with a 60 day warranty for the same issues from the logic board failure, but does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any pre-existing defects or damages.
