To open the keybox:

Rotate the dial to the current combination (the combination set by the button box

0-0-0-0 at the factory)

Press the door open button

Open the door fully and add or remove the key

Close the door, realign the combination dial to lock the door and hide

Set up your combination:

Open the key box (see instructions above)

Push the RESET lever on the back of the door to the right and up.

Rotate the dial to the desired combination.

Push the RESET lever down and left to return to the original position.

Returns

1.If item is defective and not working on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective for repair or refund.Refund will only be provided for products damaged in the post or which is defective. 2.This item have 3 months warranty. We offer free repairing service within 6 months from the date of purchased. If damaged is caused by undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation/operation, accident or repaired by unauthorized person, the warranty becomes void.

4.Buyer is responsible for the return postage. If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges.
