In 2007, Alessi commissioned famous architects,  Doriana e Massimiliano Fuksas  to design a modern cutting edge collection of dinnerware "Colombina" .  From that collection, we offer for sale a black melamine placemat  measuring 15 1/4" L x 12" W and a white porcelain dinner plate measuring 12 1/4" x 10 3/4".  You can order additional pieces from the  US Alessi website.  These were never used- in the collection of an author of fine dining books.
