Also known as the "8 bolt" or "8 hole" cv joint as it takes 8 bolts instead of the more common 6 bolt type.
Jeep do not sell these cv joints separately. You are forced into buying a whole new tail shaft when you can save hundreds of dollars by just replacing the faulty cv joint.
This cv joint kit fits either front or rear tail shaft. See image attached.
