It is extremely important that you read this listing and do your best to follow my instructions.

Please include the following in the personalization box during checkout or send immediately after ordering via message.

a) "the text" (using quotation marks to show where it begins and ends, capitalized EXACTLY as you want it to read)

b) the font choice (the NUMBER next to the font you like: 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.- found in the listing photos)

c) color (also found in the chart in the listing photos - those are the ONLY colors I have available)

d) any unique sizing/layout requests

Example: A) "Tom" B) font 12 C) color orange D) 2" height max

Please remember, you are choosing LENGTH left-to-right from the listing drop-down menu. This listing is for text only, in one of my stock fonts from the font chart. If you have a custom logo, please send me a message before making a purchase.

15 letters/numbers max for listing price unless otherwise noted in the sizing selection (2 characters for 1" length decals- for example, initials). Height for selected length cannot exceed 1/2 the horizontal length (for example., 8" length = 4" height max). If your needs do not meet these criteria, we cannot use this listing. But just shoot me a message, and we can get you setup with a custom checkout for your specific needs.

The sizing choice (3", 4", etc.) refers to the LENGTH, left to right, of your decal. Again, you are choosing the LENGTH, left to right, not height. The height (top to bottom) of the decal will vary depending on # of characters and font choice. Typically, they run from 1"-5" in height depending on length. For example, "Tom" at a 3" length would be a bit taller than "Stephanie" at a 3" length. If you have specific height requirements and/or questions, please let me know as I'm happy to accommodate.

SHIPPING

All our items are packaged and sent in a 6x9 inch manila envelope. They will include instructions on how to use your decal when it arrives. We process orders Monday through Friday. If all information is supplied promptly to cut your custom decal/sticker, it typically takes two days to process your order. Depending on the size of your decal, it may come folded between the letters to make it fit into the envelope. All of our orders have free standard shipping, and depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to receive. If you need expedited shipping with tracking, select that at checkout. 

Note: We do NOT provide tracking on standard free shipping unless you upgrade to first-class package shipping via the checkout. First-class mail takes 2-3 business days and will come with tracking for faster delivery. Items sent with free shipping are mailed with postage stamps.
