This is ONE auction for all (25) boards. Local Pickup only. These interactive flat panels were previously used in a setting where they were well maintained. All units have been tested and are fully functional. The LCD screens are in great condition. The outer chassis may show minor signs of wear, mainly on the backside, which is common and results from standard operation. There are no major scratches, dents, or gouges. Any wear is minor and barely noticeable. Overall, the units are in great shape, operate like new, and demonstrate only minor evidence of prior use. No other accessories are provided. The Promethean ACON1-OPS ActivConnect OPS-G is included. We will contact you prior to shipment to confirm delivery details. 

Any item or accessory not explicitly listed is excluded. New sealed items will include everything originally provided by the manufacturer, such as adapters.

SHIPPING:

This item will be safely packaged for shipment.

The order will be processed within 24-48 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays) and we will start the delivery process with the freight company.

These panels will need to ship via LTL freight as they weigh 175lbs. We will need to collect some information from you to pass to the freight company to get a delivery date set up. This could take some time - usually about a week.

RETURNS:

We offer a full 90-day warranty on this item from the date of shipment. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please send us a message before leaving negative/neutral feedback or before opening a return. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues and correct any mistakes.

Please note that our operation days are Monday through Friday. We will answer questions quicker between the hours of 8-5. If we do not respond to a message on Saturday or Sunday, it is because the office is closed. Any message sent over the weekend will get a response on Monday at the latest.

We will accept returns due to incorrect items or DOA shipments.

Defective products must be returned within 5 days of the eBay return date. We will replace the item with another one (if available) or refund the sale.

All items must be returned with proper packaging.
