21 Jet Phoenix Turbo Burner

Application
Specifically designed for Super fast Chinese Wok Cooking. This burner has a very good turn down facility and can be fitted to most standard Chinese cookers.

Construction
Circular cast iron burner with upward angled brass jets situated  around the gas chamber, removable cast iron central deflector. Supplied with removable cast iron bowl for maximum combustion and easy cleaning.

Specification
Heat Release can be varied up to 145,000 BTU -  Gas feed is 1/2" rear entry feed  Female thread.
Suitable for NATURAL GAS

Dimension
Burner 265mm diameter combustion tube 70mm high x 200mm diameter, overall height including tube 100mm.

**Burner is usually silver but depending on stock availability, could be black**
